Construction Craft Academy (CCA) Skill Training

Enabling craftsmen to continuously develop their craft skills and to ultimately achieve optimal career satisfaction is one of our goals. In addition, Construction Craft Academy is committed to helping the industry fully restore high levels of craftsmanship throughout the trades; to helping the construction industry achieve higher national standards of quality, safety and productivity.

This is possible through our Construction Training Program which consists of Full Apprenticeship Training, Journeyman Certification Training and Skill-Specific Training. These educational opportunities enable tenured and aspiring construction workers to fully develop their trade skills and to earn U.S. Department of Labor Journeyman Certification in a fraction of the time of other programs – with better overall results. A Continuing Education Program is then encouraged to ensure journey-level craftsmen are always up-to-date on safety upgrades, regulatory code changes, technology improvements and/or craft techniques that will keep them at the top of their trade.
