Contest Overview: Over the last several years, the average number of new client registrations per field representative, per month, is 1.5. We think it is highly realistic to DOUBLE that total as a company. We say so because there are many reps who consistently average 3 or more signed CSAs per month. And, because this contest is at peak season when contractors are looking for a "reliable" source for skill craftsmen. Who Can Participate: Every office employee** can participate, because growing your client base is a team effort. Determine what you as an Admin or PC or FR or GM or SM can do to support your office's effort to get in new clients. Come up with a "team strategy" that incorporates the use of Dodge, our CRM... and one that targets SCA and USSA members! Your Challenge: Over the contest period, average 3 CSAs per month, per Rep – Using the office rep budget number as of July 1 for the entire contest period – and you all win. Go beyond the 3 CSAs per month, per Rep, and everyone wins even more! Great Prizes: Every office that, at minimum, Doubles the Current 1.5 Monthly Average, will win. Obviously, we want these new clients to convert to users.
