What is the single biggest expenditure you focus on to improve OI?

Safety. It is very important to send our employees home each night the way they came in, and if you don’t not only do you have a hurt employee it also affects your OI big time too.

With wages growing, what do you do to yield greater bill-out rates and margins?

When looking at bill-rates when placing FEs with today’s market we start with looking at the FE’s current wages and if we need to build in a buffer to give a raise down the road we go ahead and charge for that in the bill rate up front, so if we do have to give that increase sooner rather than later we are not going right back to the client asking for a higher wage.
