The interview process varies depending on the position you are applying for.  Below is a summary of the interview process generally followed for Tradesmen’s various office positions:

  2. Project Coordinator, Recruiter

For the phone interview , be prepared with questions.  It also helps if you show that you are knowledgeable about our company and our business.   For the in person interview, if you are excited to work for Tradesmen International, show it.  Don’t hide it.  We are looking for people who are passionate about our company and the culture we’ve built.
