A company-wide Safety Program, implemented in our first year of business, encourages self-safety while also fostering alertness among co-workers. The program provides on-going safety training opportunities and includes incentives for our skilled craftsmen to stay accident-free.
Our Safety Department is headed by the corporate-based National Safety Director who supervises a team of Safety Specialists – typically our Tradesmen office General Managers and Project Coordinators.
Rest assured that when any Tradesmen employee steps onto your jobsite, they'll be prepared with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and armed with a solid understanding of, and personal commitment to, safety. Moreover, our Field Representatives and Project Coordinators are trained in safety site evaluations. It is their responsibility to visit jobsites to ensure on-going safe behavior and safe working environments for all workers.
