Tradesmen provided more than 15 proven electricians and helpers to install the Amazon Distribution Center’s electrical system in the spring of 2017. The project spanned more than four months, and our craftworkers worked 50-60 hours per week to complete the job.

Taking up 90 acres of space, the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Columbia employs more than 2,000 full-time workers and approximately 3,000 part-time workers.

Our skilled craftworkers supported a project at the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk, a casino and hotel in Black Hawk, Colorado. It features slot machines, blackjack tables and poker tables. Construction workers added a hotel tower with more than 500 rooms in 2009. In 2018, Penn National Gaming acquired the property’s operations as part of its acquisition.

After standing nearly vacant for years, the Anthony Wayne Building has found new life after being converted into a modern, high-end residential condominium complex complete with four floors of commercial space.

Tradesmen supplied a skilled construction labor workforce to support projects at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel. Located downtown, the hotel is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. It towers 73 stories above the city and is the fourth-tallest hotel in the Western Hemisphere. Finished in reflective glass, the building’s 5,600 windows mirror the skyline. The top floor is home to the Sun Dial Restaurant, aptly named for the full revolution it turns every 30 minutes.

New Orleans’ premier wedding venue, the Audubon Tea Room features 45-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and a grand ballroom. Our skilled craftworkers proudly supported a construction labor project at the historic event space.

Constructed in 1895 as a railroad bridge, the Big Four Bridge first provided rail access for freight and passengers traveling between Louisville and Southern Indiana. Tradesmen was proud to supply workers with construction labor expertise for a bridge repair project.

A nine screen movie theater in Tacoma Washington, the Century Theater in Tacoma has all the modern amenities including luxury loungers and feature Cinemark’s XD (Extreme Digital) large-screen technology.

Located in Sauk Rapids, Discovery Church is a Baptist church that offers Sunday services, ladies’ lunch, bible study and more to its congregation. The church’s community action groups include Feed My Starving Children, Operation Christmas Child, Place of Hope, Pregnancy Resource Center, Salvation Army, Terebinth Refuge and Youth for Christ.

The Grand Rapids Downtown Market is home to 22 indoor market vendors, 2 full service restaurants, monthly outdoor market events, hands-on cooking classes, private event venues, a state-of-the-art incubator kitchen, rooftop greenhouses and other food-centric community focal points.

Duke Primary care opened two new family medicine practices and relocated an existing adult care practice in Wake Country. To support the project, Tradesmen supplied five expert HVAC technicians to help complete the buildings before the July 2016 opening.

Tradesmen’s craft professionals supported the Denver Justice Center with skilled temporary labor. The Denver Justice Center is comprised of a courthouse building and detention facility located in the Civic Center District. The facility has 35 courtrooms for the District Court criminal division, County Court criminal division, Drug Court and Juvenile Court.

Country Manor Apartments recently transformed from a 64-bed nursing facility to a senior housing and health care community with multiple campuses on 160 acres. Our craftworkers brought their field-proven skills to the jobsite at Country Manor, which now offers residents access to a salon and spa, store, pharmacy, restaurants, health clinic and more.

The Coca-Cola Bottling Company is a regional plant in Atlanta that bottles and distributes Coke brand beverages. The company has been headquartered at 310 North Avenue since 1920—just over one mile from where the soda was invented. The concentrate is made centrally and shipped around the globe to nearly 1,000 bottling locations. According to the company, only a few people know the formula for Coca-Cola’s signature drink.

After expansions that nearly doubled everything, this nearly 1 million-square-foot-plant now employees nearly 1,600 employees and produces over 5 million tires a tire.

Founded in 1975 in Dallas, Texas, the Chili’s chain of Texas Mex restaurants has now grown to include over 1,600 locations across the United States.

Formally known as Autozone Park in downtown Memphis, Tradesmen craftworkers played a part in helping bring this 15,000 seat minor league stadium to life.

DeVos Place Convention Center, erected in 2004 on the Grand River in downtown Grand Rapids, is a multi-purpose convention center.

Built to allow for meaningful activities and comfortable places for families to spend time together, Elite Care is an alternative senior care facility in Portland.

Tradesmen partnered with a client out of Daytona Beach to collaborate on providing 12 expert form carpenters to complete all form work on the hotel. Located on scenic St. Augustine Beach, the hotel is close to the area’s hottest shops and restaurants, as well as historic downtown St. Augustine.

This Hotel-casino in Tacoma treats guests to table games and video slots, multiple restaurants, a nightclub & live entertainment.

Fifth Third Ballpark is West Michigan’s largest outdoor stadium and home to the West Michigan Whitecaps – Single A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. It also plays host to hundreds of events all year long including company picnics, meetings and huge outdoor concerts.

Tradesmen provided more than 20 electricians to help install Chattanooga’s first community solar share project. The installation consists of 4,408 solar panels with a total output of nearly 1.4 megawatts of power.

The largest and most active Initial Entry Training Center in the U.S. Army, Fort Jackson, located in Columbia, S.C., is home to approximately 3,900 active-duty soldiers and 5,200 civilians.

Part of the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Fort Wayne VA Hospital has worked diligently to improve the health of those who have proudly served our nation, as well as helping them transition back to civilian life.

With a capacity to seat 8,242 fans, Founders Park, formerly known as Carolina Stadium, is the crown jewel among baseball stadiums across the nation.

Skilled temporary labor professionals from Tradesmen International recently supported a Denver construction project at the Four Seasons Hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel is a 565-ft skyscraper and the fourth-tallest building in Denver. It was completed in 2010 and has 45 stories, including a pool, fitness center and amenities. The bottom 24 floors encompass the Four Season Hotel, while the upper 21 floors house residential suites.

Tradesmen craftworkers brought their skillsets to Georgia Tech, one of the country’s top-ranked public colleges and leading research universities. The campus has buildings dedicated to engineering, computing, science, business, liberal arts and design. The eight men’s and seven women’s athletic teams compete in the NCAA Division I athletics and the Football Bowl Subdivision.

This 3-floor renovated flour mill features 3 floors of national and local history exhibits, plus a working 1928 carousel and modern planetarium.

Spanning two full city blocks, the Grand Wayne Convention Center offers world-class event spaces that are just minutes from nationally acclaimed museums, art galleries, fine dining and other must-see attractions.

DeVos Fieldhouse is a 3,400-seat indoor arena in Holland, Michigan. It was built in 2005 and is home to the Hope College Flying Dutch and Flying Dutchmen basketball teams. It is also home to Hope College volleyball.

Tradesmen was proud to supply a team of eight skilled carpenters to install the signature blue siding on Jacksonville’s first IKEA store. The Tradesmen team worked 50 hours per week for two and a half months to complete the project before the grand opening.

The Irving Convention Center is a 275,000 sq ft facility located on a 40-acre plot in Las Colinas Urban Center in Irving, Texas. This Silver LEED certified, state-of-the-art facility offers over 100,000 square-feet of meeting space accommodating groups of 800 – 4,000.

Tradesmen was proud to supply skilled craftworkers to support a project at Jack Trice Stadium, the traditional home field of the Iowa State Cyclones. Named in honor of Jack Trice, Iowa State’s first African American athlete, it is the third-largest stadium by capacity in the Big 12 Conference, seating up to 61,500 sports fans.

Jefferson Point Mall is a popular community destination that offers more than open air shopping. From social events, to restaurants, to beautifully landscaped courtyards, Jefferson Point has something for the whole family.

Located in the foothills of Clermont, Kentucky, the Jim Beam American Stillhouse offers guests self-guided walking tours to showcase the whiskey-making process. Tradesmen supplied experienced skilled labor staffing for a project at the stillhouse.

The Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) solar installation included over 40k solar panels, on 55 buildings, providing 18.5 megawatts of onsite energy, covering 14.7 million square feet. We put to work electricians, solar-panel installers and equipment operators on 2-year project.

Tradesmen has supplied a crew of skilled craftworkers to work for the John’s Hopkins Hospital facilities department. The department is responsible for ensuring the hospital’s facilities and medical equipment are safe, meet applicable codes and support the hospital’s mission to be the best healthcare institution in terms of patient care, education and research.

Tradesmen’s field-proven craftworkers helped support a project at Kentucky Kingdom Wave Pool, where six-foot waves are generated in a 750,000-gallon pool. The waterpark also features Family Wave Lagoon, a pool for all ages.

Lackland AFB is a United States Air Force base located in Bexar County under the jurisdiction of the 802d Mission Support Group, Air Education and Training Command (AETC). It is the only entry processing station for Air Force enlisted Basic Military Training

While the dealership still offers the same great new and used inventory selection, their new building boasts additional amenities for car buyers to take advantage of.

Headquartered in Denver, the Leprino Foods company is the world’s largest maker of mozzarella cheese. The company sells one billion pounds of cheese per year, including lactose, whey protein and sweet whey. Leprino supplies cheese to 85 percent of the pizza market. Tradesmen was proud to supply skilled craftworkers to support a project at the Leprino Cheese Factory headquarters.

Tradesmen’s local Baltimore office provided a variety of proven craftworkers to work on one of the largest commercial casinos in the country. Located in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. corridor, the Live! Casino & Hotel features five star accommodations, first-class dining, 20,000 square feet of customizable event space, a luxurious spa and much more.

Tradesmen proudly supplied 15 skilled carpenters to support the Macy’s building renovation project in downtown Spokane. The former department store, now known as “The M,” is being completely overhauled to include electrical and mechanical updates, a basement parking area, new retail space on the first two floors, and new office or residential space on the upper floors.

Tradesmen was proud to supply a team of skilled craftworkers to support the ongoing enhancements to the stadium, which are slated for completion before the 2019 season. The improvements include new “corner notch” video boards, additional escalators and elevators to the upper level, a refurbished sound system and more.

Located within the the Austin metro area and built to provide fun for all ages, Main Event Entertainment offers bowling, laser tag, mini golf, rock climbing and more.

Technology provider Marco moved into its new 80,000 square foot corporate headquarters in St. Cloud in 2012. Skilled Tradesmen craftworkers contributed many hours to the new facility, which features 37,000 square feet of warehouse space. Eighty virtual servers keep technology sources up and running around the clock for St. Cloud residents.

MetLife’s 26.5 acre Global Technology campus on Weston Parkway in Cary, NC, provides more than 1,000 jobs to people in the surrounding communities. Tradesmen was happy to source a team of proven plumbers to work on the campus prior to its opening.

The Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, also known as Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, is a nonprofit children’s hospital affiliated with Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Morton Plant Hospital was founded in 1916, making if the first hospital ever built in northern Pinellas Country. Today, it’s a nationally recognized facility offering specialized, highly-technical care to more than 50,000 patients each year.

Tradesmen partnered with one of the subcontractors for the Neiman Marcus distribution center in Irving, Texas, to supply millwrights and electricians who helped bring the project to completion.

Located in Redmond Washington, the Nintendo Headquarters in America was designed to balance a clean modern look while also showcasing the exuberant spirit of Nintendo’s brand.

Tradesmen supplied a variety of skilled craftworkers—including roofers, carpenters and concrete workers—to work on a project at North Idaho College Rec Center in Coeur d’Alene. The center offers state-of-the-art facilities and a staff of highly-trained professionals who provide a complete indoor and outdoor recreational experience

Tradesmen was proud to supply 20 skilled carpenters to work on the $1.8 billion Novo Nordisk expansion in Clayton, NC. Novo Nordisk is a global healthcare company and a world-leader in diabetes care. The expansion project will create approximately 700 new jobs, helping grow both the local and state economies.

This 209 acre neighborhood in the town of Hillsboro, just west of Portland, Oregon, is a pedestrian friendly community consisting of more than 800 homes, a town center, offices, retailers.

Located in downtown Oshkosh, Wisconsin, the Best Western Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center offers guests comfortable rooms and meeting spaces with skywalk access. A beautiful wedding venue is also offered at the hotel. Tradesmen supported the hotel with a team of skilled craftworkers.

Pleasant Valley Wind Farm located north of Dexter in the Sargeant area is delivering enough energy to power about 105,000 homes. The wind farm spans nearly 34,000 acres in Mower and Dodge counties, and is expected to eliminate more than 400,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.

After eight years of work, the Principal Riverwalk along the Des Moines river was completed in 2013. The Riverwalk features a 1.2 mile recreation trail that connects the east and west sides of downtown Des Moines via two pedestrian bridges.

This American privately held, employee-owned and -operated sporting goods and entertainment chain store is headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota. Scheels operates twenty-six store locations in twelve U.S. states, including this one at Apache Mall.

Not only does the 7 Seas Brewery distribute beer all across the state of Washington, but the microbrewery features an intimate taproom overlooking production and a wooded beer garden.

Shivering Timbers, a 122’ tall wooden rollercoaster at Michigan’s Adventure, reaches 65 mph, subjects riders to 3.8 g and was voted one of the top 10 wooden roller coasters in the world.

Thanks to a recent 450,000 square foot expansion, St. Cloud Hospital received a 10-level addition and a new entryway at its northeast corner. The hospital has a heart and vascular center, cancer center, bone and joint center, emergency trauma center and a neurosciences center. It has been ranked one of “America’s Best Hospitals” by U.S. News and World Report for endocrinology; urology; orthopedics; and ear, nose and throat care.

Founded and built in 2016 and constructed to offer more the average brewery, the St. Elmo Brew Pub in St. Elmo, Texas includes a bar, beer hall and beer garden.

Located on the banks of the Pearl River at the Louisiana—Mississippi border, the Stennis Space Center is a NASA rocket testing facility. For a construction labor project at the famed facility, Tradesmen supplied field-proven, skilled craftworkers.
