Ameristar Casino Blackhawk
Our skilled craftworkers supported a project at the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk, a casino and hotel in Black Hawk, Colorado. It features slot machines, blackjack tables and poker tables. Construction workers added a hotel tower with more than 500 rooms in 2009. In 2018, Penn National Gaming acquired the property’s operations as part of its acquisition.

Tradesmen supplied a skilled construction labor workforce to support projects at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel. Located downtown, the hotel is one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. It towers 73 stories above the city and is the fourth-tallest hotel in the Western Hemisphere. Finished in reflective glass, the building’s 5,600 windows mirror the skyline. The top floor is home to the Sun Dial Restaurant, aptly named for the full revolution it turns every 30 minutes.

Duke Primary care opened two new family medicine practices and relocated an existing adult care practice in Wake Country. To support the project, Tradesmen supplied five expert HVAC technicians to help complete the buildings before the July 2016 opening.

Country Manor Apartments recently transformed from a 64-bed nursing facility to a senior housing and health care community with multiple campuses on 160 acres. Our craftworkers brought their field-proven skills to the jobsite at Country Manor, which now offers residents access to a salon and spa, store, pharmacy, restaurants, health clinic and more.

Coca-Cola Bottling Company Headquarters
The Coca-Cola Bottling Company is a regional plant in Atlanta that bottles and distributes Coke brand beverages. The company has been headquartered at 310 North Avenue since 1920—just over one mile from where the soda was invented. The concentrate is made centrally and shipped around the globe to nearly 1,000 bottling locations. According to the company, only a few people know the formula for Coca-Cola’s signature drink.

Tradesmen partnered with a client out of Daytona Beach to collaborate on providing 12 expert form carpenters to complete all form work on the hotel. Located on scenic St. Augustine Beach, the hotel is close to the area’s hottest shops and restaurants, as well as historic downtown St. Augustine.

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, Denver
Skilled temporary labor professionals from Tradesmen International recently supported a Denver construction project at the Four Seasons Hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel is a 565-ft skyscraper and the fourth-tallest building in Denver. It was completed in 2010 and has 45 stories, including a pool, fitness center and amenities. The bottom 24 floors encompass the Four Season Hotel, while the upper 21 floors house residential suites.

Georgia Institute of Technology
Tradesmen craftworkers brought their skillsets to Georgia Tech, one of the country’s top-ranked public colleges and leading research universities. The campus has buildings dedicated to engineering, computing, science, business, liberal arts and design. The eight men’s and seven women’s athletic teams compete in the NCAA Division I athletics and the Football Bowl Subdivision.

Hope College DeVos Fieldhouse
DeVos Fieldhouse is a 3,400-seat indoor arena in Holland, Michigan. It was built in 2005 and is home to the Hope College Flying Dutch and Flying Dutchmen basketball teams. It is also home to Hope College volleyball.

Tradesmen was proud to supply a team of eight skilled carpenters to install the signature blue siding on Jacksonville’s first IKEA store. The Tradesmen team worked 50 hours per week for two and a half months to complete the project before the grand opening.

The Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) solar installation included over 40k solar panels, on 55 buildings, providing 18.5 megawatts of onsite energy, covering 14.7 million square feet. We put to work electricians, solar-panel installers and equipment operators on 2-year project.

Headquartered in Denver, the Leprino Foods company is the world’s largest maker of mozzarella cheese. The company sells one billion pounds of cheese per year, including lactose, whey protein and sweet whey. Leprino supplies cheese to 85 percent of the pizza market. Tradesmen was proud to supply skilled craftworkers to support a project at the Leprino Cheese Factory headquarters.

Macy’s Building Renovation
Tradesmen proudly supplied 15 skilled carpenters to support the Macy’s building renovation project in downtown Spokane. The former department store, now known as “The M,” is being completely overhauled to include electrical and mechanical updates, a basement parking area, new retail space on the first two floors, and new office or residential space on the upper floors.

Pleasant Valley Wind Farm located north of Dexter in the Sargeant area is delivering enough energy to power about 105,000 homes. The wind farm spans nearly 34,000 acres in Mower and Dodge counties, and is expected to eliminate more than 400,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.

After eight years of work, the Principal Riverwalk along the Des Moines river was completed in 2013. The Riverwalk features a 1.2 mile recreation trail that connects the east and west sides of downtown Des Moines via two pedestrian bridges.

It has been ranked one of “America’s Best Hospitals” by U.S. News and World Report for endocrinology; urology; orthopedics; and ear, nose and throat care.
