Skip brings a proven record of operational excellence, scalable growth, and team development within the workforce solutions industry. He joins Tradesmen International from Employbridge, North America’s largest supply chain staffing firm, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations across 48 states, 300+ company locations, and 500+ onsite facilities.
During his tenure at Employbridge, Skip was instrumental in transforming the organization into a $3 billion omnichannel workforce leader. He played a key role in several milestone achievements, including the company’s sale to Apollo Global Management, the acquisition and integration of Hire Dynamics, and the launch of Bluecrew, a digital on-demand workforce marketplace. His industry leadership earned him recognition in Staffing Industry Analysts’ “40 Under 40” Class of 2023.
As President and Chief Operating Officer, Skip will oversee all operational functions nationwide. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), he will drive stronger alignment among Sales, Workforce Development, and Field Operations, advancing operational excellence and positioning the company for continued expansion and long-term success.
