CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT NOTICE AT COLLECTION

Collection of Personal Information

This Notice of Collection is being delivered to you by Tradesmen International, LLC (“Tradesmen”) pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act in connection with your application for employment or current employment (as applicable), with Tradesmen.  Tradesmen hereby notifies you that it may collect Personal Information (as defined below), which Personal Information may be used by Tradesmen for a Business Purpose (as defined below).

“Personal Information” is defined in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(o), and shall include, but is not limited to, name, home address, telephone number, email address, social security number, driver’s license  or state identification card number, passport number, bank account, credit and debit card numbers, or similar financial information, health  and other insurance policy information, protected classification characteristics under California or federal law, commercial information, and professional or employment-related information.

“Business Purpose” means any purpose necessary or incidental to Tradesmen’s ordinary course operation of its business, and shall include, but is not limited to, Tradesmen’s compliance with applicable laws, rules regulations, ordinances and court orders, confirming your identity, internal and external investigations and audits, evaluating your qualifications for employment by Tradesmen and/or for assignment to one or more Tradesmen clients, background checks, drug screens, skills testing and certification, invoicing, payment, payroll, garnishment, prevailing wage employee benefits and project prequalification requirements.
