Spaghetti Works Apartments
The Spaghetti Works Apartments are part of the Spaghetti Works District renovation in downtown Wichita, home to a growing number of restaurants and retail spaces. The historic structure was constructed in 1894 and shut down in 2004. In 2018, the building was revived with the support of Tradesmen’s carpenters and electricians who helped a contractor client convert the building into a 41-unit apartment building with parking lot. The renovations maintain the historical integrity of the building while incorporating modern design elements.
